Care Instructions:
All of our products are machine washable!! Wash them on gentle then put them in the dryer on air fluff.

Shipping:
We'll ship your order as soon as it's ready. (normally within 48 hours) Usually, it will take 1 Week to arrive if shipped out of state.
We use USPS Ground Service, and provide tracking. If you did not receive your package please let us know ASAP so we can track it.
We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping.

We would Love Your Photo's!
We love to use our customer's photos in our marketing! So if you want to share, please send them our way via email. Please include your name and physical mailing address with your photo.

Please make sure your image is of good quality and:
Has not been published before; you have to right to give us this image (if it is not yourself); shows our product clearly and in a positive manner; is in the form of a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .pdf, .bmp and does not exceed 1MB; and is at least or larger than 300 x 500 pixels.

If you are not the person in the photo, or if the photo is of a child under the age of 18, you must identify your relationship with the person along with their name and address if different.

By sending us your photos, you are agreeing that:
You are giving My Bunny and Me full permission to use of your photo for publishing on their website, print media, display media, or any other use that they see fit. My Bunny and Me may edit the photo for their needs, and you have permission from the people in the photo to distribute their image. You are also responsible for the penalties if you violate copyright, distribute others' likeness without their permission, or give us images that have been previously published.

If you send us a photo with a child under the age of 18, you must identify yourself and your relationship to the person along with their name and address if different. If you do not have the right to send us the child's image, and it is contested, Stitches in Bloom will have no choice but to report the image, not use it, contact all parties involved, and have you assume all penalties. Photos of children without requested information present will not be used.

My Bunny and Me must ask for contact information as a legal means of entering in a contract besides the terms and conditions listed here. We will not sell of give your information to any third parties. If you are under 18 please have your parent or guardian send us the photo.

My Bunny and Me has the right to choose when and where to use pictures, if at all, and any photos sent become property of My Bunny And Me. My Bunny And Me will not use the images, or a person's likeness, to portray any negative, illegal, or harmful acts that may result in negative or harmful attitudes or defamation of character on behalf of My Bunny And Me or the person in the image itself.

My Bunny And Me will, and is obligated to, report any illegal or harmful acts portrayed in any received images.

If your picture is being used, and you would like for us to stop the use, please contact us so we may resolve the matter quickly.

What is your Refund Policy
Sorry, but if you have a personalized product, we cannot accept a return or give a refund.
If you have an item that is not personalized, we can return or exchange it only if it is unused and you have a receipt. If you received the item as a gift, then we can only give you credit for the item at its current list value. We will only issue a refund or credit a return after we receive the item back and it has been inspected.

If your product did not arrive, or was damaged in shipping, then we will be happy to work with you. However, we are not responsible for damages caused by shipping.

Is There A Warranty On Your Products?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we DO NOToffer any warranties. If you take proper care of your product, it should last for years to come.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear of the item.
If you believe that your product is defective, please see the information below and contact us immediately.
If your product has become damaged, and you would like it repaired, we will be willing to work with you to have your item repaired as long as you assume all the costs of repairs.Please contact us for further details.

My product has a defect? What is a defect?
We screen every product, but from time to time we may miss something. If you received a product that your believe is damaged, please notify us immediately. We'll be happy to work with you. A product is deemed defective if there is an obvious problem with it as it arrived.These things would be an unsewn seam or a tear or rip.

We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear of the item or shipping.

Can I be removed from your mailing and marketing list?
We hate to see you go!! But we understand, please send us an email and let us know.
